Hey there, Elsfield! It's time for the summer bash of the season - the Elsfield Summer Street Party! Join us on July 12th, 2025 at 4:00PM on Elsfield Rd, from Glenroy Ave to Edgemore Dr. We're getting together to enjoy summer, have fun, and get to know each other better.
We're kicking off the fun on Saturday, July 12th, 2025 at 4:00PM.
We're turning Elsfield Rd, from Glenroy Ave to Edgemore Dr, into party central! And to keep things safe, we ask everyone to park off Elsfield Rd (we suggest Sunnylea J.S.). Don't worry, we'll have an emergency access lane open, just in case!
Everyone from the neighbourhood is welcome!
Tickets
Adults (18 and over): $35
Kids (4-17): $10
Toddlers (under 4): Free!
Tickets will help cover the costs of the BBQ, music, city permits, tables/chairs, and fun activities.
After you purchase your tickets, they’ll be exchanged for wristbands. We’ll do our best to drop off your wristbands before the party, but if you don’t receive them, visit the ticket booth on the day of the party to pick them up.
Purchasing your tickets in advance will really help with party planning; however, tickets will be available at the party as well.
Our BBQ will be sizzling with hamburgers and hot dogs, including vegan and gluten-free options. Don't forget to BYOB! And if you've got a culinary creation you'd love to share, our potluck is your stage! Just keep in mind it will be outdoors, so something that can handle the summer heat is best.
If you have a game, an activity, or supplies you'd like to share, we'd be thrilled to include them. From basketball nets to cornhole, your contribution could make the day even more special.
